Brief
Update and streamline copy for the Mayven.co website. Identify Mayven's brand voice and implement it cohesively throughout all pages and flows.

Research
The competitive analysis revealed a wide range of approaches — from hyper-casual to scientific and authoritative. Competitors employ strong, bold hero headlines that capture customers and communicate their mission. I looked at the hero section as a key testing ground, identifying four structural options:
"See-results vitamins" — product effectiveness in a lighthearted tone
"Evidence-based ingredients" — trust through science-backed emphasis
"Join 100,000+ women seeing viral results" — social proof
"Shop our best sellers" — direct CTA-led approach

Brand Voice
Three core emphases emerged from the research: Natural Wellness (all-natural, paraben-free, non-GMO), Science-Backed (establishes trust and authority), and Accessibility (avoids fear tactics and overly scientific language).
The result: Mayven's voice is "your hyper-cool, very knowledgeable older sister" — someone who balances scientific authority with warmth, and isn't afraid of a joke, an emoji, or an exclamation point.

Strategy
Messaging centers on nutrition and body nourishment — framing beauty concerns as nutritional deficiencies with products as solutions. This reframe lets Mayven lead with empowerment rather than insecurity.
For product pages, I used a problem-solution structure led by the prompt "What do you want to focus on?" — addressing sensitive topics gently. One-word tags under each product enable streamlined navigation without overwhelming the customer.
